To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has resumed health screening for international travelers (both Indonesian and foreign nationals) entering Indonesia from August 27, 2024. This includes completing an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass, which must be completed on a dedicated web platform. An additional local tax may be charged per room per night between May 11, 2017 and Dec 31, 2022. Please check with the hotel reception who will take the payment if required. From Dec 31 to Jan 1, a mandatory New Year's dinner fee may apply (please check with the hotel to see if this is being enforced). Please note that the resort fee, mandatory New Year's dinner fee, and any other local fees are not included in the total room rate. The room rate will not be refunded if you check out early. Please arrive at the hotel before 16:00 (local time). Please contact the hotel in advance if you cannot make the check-in time, otherwise you will be regarded as a no-show and your room will not be kept. A penalty fee will also be charged.
