All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 18%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax. A damage deposit of ILS 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.
