There is no reception at the hotel. The hotel sends a link for self-registration. Registration must be completed before 10:00 PM, as the support service is open until then. Check-in is possible at any time after receiving check-in instructions. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • The 17% national value-added tax is not included in the price and may be charged at the hotel. Travelers on a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. To qualify for a tax exemption, tourists must present a valid passport upon check-out.
