All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 18%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • Cleaning fee: ILS 500 per person, per night (varies based on unit and length of stay) • You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Israel Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 18%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Israel. • A damage deposit of ILS 1500 will be collected before check-in.
