All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 18%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of ILS 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation and must be paid at the property.
