A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 10 per day when used.
