Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an additional cost of EUR 15 per person. A surcharge of EUR 35 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00, and EUR 50 from 22:00 until 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
