Персонал старается через одного : вечером при заселении были очень услужливые работники смены , а утром , приходилось подзывать работников другой смены , чтобы зарядили ключи , который отказывался работать

Номера очень шумные , или звук дороги мешает спать , или кондиционер шумит нереально просто ... Второй раз , я ,конечно ,не вернусь, несмотря на etro в номере ... лучше брать сетевые отели , где природа и горы , чуть в глубине ..

Отель расположен на берегу озера с красивым видом из окна. Персонал очень доброжелательный, посоветовали классный ресторанчик, где нас вкусно накормили. Паркинг предоставили в подарок, что не могло не обрадовать. Отель с большой историей, приятный очень.

Единственное - это ванная шторка протекает, вода льётся на пол, мыться не комфортно, приходилось контролировать, чтобы не затопить весь пол в ванной. Нужно поменять ванну на душевую кабину, так намного удобнее
