La chambre deluxe pour 4 est parfaite de même que les piscines sur le toit (30 et 40°) très belle vue. Le service est aimable et de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et de qualité. Une bouteille de vin pétillant nous attendait en chambre un delice et une attention très appréciée.

Trop éloigné du centre manque de resto a proximité. Le ménage en chambre n'est pas irréprochable l'aspirateur n'est pas passé tous les jours et la poussière mal faite. Le restaurant satin est trop cher pour la qualité des plats (petites portions)

Super freundliches Personal ohne jegliche Ausnahme. Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel, Design gefällt uns sehr. Lage auch prima, 1 min vom See und der Promenade, wo man sehr schön spazieren gehen kann oder Radfahren. Ca 10min zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Sichere Tiefgarage. Bei unserem nächsten Trip in die Gegend werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder Hilton Lake Como buchen. Auch die Buchung über Zenhotels lief erstklassig. Aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers kam es leider zu einer Doppelbuchung mit doppelter Belastung der Kreditkarte. Obwohl die Rate nicht stornierbar war, war man bei Hilton und auch Zenhotels sehr verständnisvoll und absolut hilfsbereit. Hilton hat auf eine Stornogebühr verzichtet und ebenfalls Zenhotels. Nach einigen Tagen hatte mir Zenhotels den Abbuchungsbetrag für die versehentliche Doppelbuchungs sehr pragmatisch wieder zu 100% erstattet. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Toller Kundenservice und deshalb gerne jederzeit wieder über Zenhotels!!

Отель новый, поэтому номера на высоте. Нам его рекомендовали, как один из лучших работающих в межсезонье. Завтрак также был достаточно хороший. Постояльцы в основном бизнесмены

Далековато от центра (порядка 2 км). Расстояние необходимо преодолевать сначала вдоль дороги, потом или насквозь через город, или по набережной (что приятнее)
