I am leaving this review based on the fact that it’s a hostel and not a hotel and that I think some people need to bare that in mind before booking and then leaving a bad review. The hotel is located in a great location, walking distance from everywhere, although Florence is a walkable city in any case. We booked a double room which was very clean and warm and very modern for a hostel private. We had a friendly greeting and a quick check-out. The shower was fine and shampoo/towels/hairdryer was provided with the double. Really cool terrace up too. Perfect if you’re looking to see Florence but you don’t want to spend a lot. I would recommend this place and I’ll be back :)

Great value for money, best location, short walk to all the main sights / city centre. We had a double private en-suite room which was small but the bed was reasonably comfy. Great air con!

Noisy which was to be expected and the check-in process took a while as there was about 20 of us arrive on a bus.

Swimmingpool was nice.

The hostel was really noisy. If you want to sleep well at nights instead on partying, I recommend to choose another place to stay.

very noisy operation of air conditioners, the night before the flight failed to sleep, it was a whole torture. Plus, constantly slam the door. Poor soundproofing is a real problem. All impressions down the drain.

It's a quite good hostel, not far from tne city center and just 10 - 15 minutes walking to the train station. It's quite clean and warm. They give you soap and shower gel. Hot water in shower is good! Beds are very comfortable.

There is no kitchen! Even there are no kettle or microwave oven. It has ts's own restaurant but the prices are not low. If I choose to live at hostel, I want to save money, don't I? There is no hairdryer. They don't give you a towel. You must have your own lock for a wardrobe (but mabe it's not bad).

отличный отель ,удобные матрасы ,белье ,в номере было тепло в феврале (в Риме замёрзли ),но будьте готовы к детям ,к толпам детей 😂 попали как-то в пробку из детей рядом с рестораном ,они шли есть ,мы в бассейн ,приезжают видимо целые классы.Тренажерка никакая ,поплавать в бассейне и сауне вполне ,там как раз немного людей было (ну в феврале по крайней мере ),летом думаю толпы и в уличном бассейне ,и закрытом.Вид из окна и террасы на миллион.

некуда вешать полотенца и одежду в душевой/туалетной ,один крючок на стене и все 😂 ни полочки ,ничего !

Удобное расположение отеля

Персонал не очень вежливый, чтобы закрыть школ нужно покупать у них замок- выяснилось, что даже купив замок шкафчик все равно открывался- приходилось ходить и выяснять на ресепшен, а это разные корпуса и кухня находится не в этом же здании, где живешь. Только один стол и ничего нельзя приготовить.

Просто хостел из будущего, идеальная чистота и оборудование, я туда вернусь))

Добавьте нормальный фен пожалуйста в ванную и полку для вещей
