A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Bed linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Final cleaning, gas and water are included. Electricity, heating and wood for the fireplace are at extra costs. Daily cleaning of the pool and villa are possible on request and at extra cost. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
