A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The guest must pay extra: - Mandatory flat rate (includes consumption of electricity, water, and gas, transfers to/from the airport, bed and bath linen with weekly change, initial and final cleaning of the apartment): EUR 40.00 per person per week. - Air conditioning (optional and on request): EUR 50.00 per week. These extras must be paid directly by the guest to the structure, in cash.
