Номер небольшой, стильный, красивый. Отличная сантехника, есть мыло и шапочка для душа. Кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник (учтите, что вода в холодильнике платная). Розеток много. Хороший завтрак, кофе надо просить, если хотите заварной. Красивое место, хороший спокойный район, метро в 5 минутах ходьбы. После выезда можно оставить вещи на рецепшен.

Номер очень душный, кроме того сильный запах моющих средств. Пыльно. Кровать очень жесткая. Но больше всего меня удивило когда мусор из ведра выбросили, а грязный мусорный мешок приладили обратно в ведро. Я такого нигде не видела. Очень сильная слышимость, так что если не повезло с соседями...Туристический налог 4 евро в день.

Очень приятные стильные номера, все очень старательно подобрано. Чисто. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. По расположению очень удобно в отношении центрального вокзала. Прогулка до центра (до собора Дуомо) занимает минут 40. Отличный вариант, чтобы остановиться в Милане на 1-2 дня и поехать в другой город.

Невнимательный и неприветливый персонал на завтраке, хотя это никак не влияет на общее впечатление об отеле.

В отеле все понравилось. Остановка метро близко. Рядом есть супермаркет. В пешей доступности главная торговая улица. Завтраки в отели были нормальные. Не было ничего горячего(омлета, яичницы), но выбор из закусок был достаточным, чтобы покушать. Было 2 вида свежевыжатого сока. Убирались в номере чисто и каждый день и полотенца тоже меняли каждый день. Wi Fi работал отлично.

Плохо работал фен.

Отель удачно расположен, вокзал, метро - всё рядом. WiFi отличный. Чисто, уютно. Персонал вежлив. Сейф, холодильник, сантехника, кондиционер, мебель - всё исправно. Ванные принадлежности в наличии + тапочки, окно в ванной комнате. Завтраки для отеля такого размера на уровне. Проживали в номере 152 на 3-м этаже с небольшой лоджией. Рекомендую.

Автобусы, трамваи и скорые (рядом видно больница) под окном могут создать неудобства не привычному к этому человеку. Телевизор мог бы быть и с большей диагональю, кому критично. Больше минусов не заметили.
