Да что говорить, прекрасный отель, в прекрасном месте, в прекрасном городе) Полный комплект. Компактно, но не тесно. Очень современный интерьер, использованы возможности умного дома. Шикарная локация для тех, кто приезжает в город на поезде.

Ремонт посвежее, если сравнивать с Римом

В Риме точно такой же отель понравился. Завтраки и уборка здесь хуже. В Римском IQ можно была прачечная с самообслуживанием. Здесь - нет

Расположение отеля очень удобное, в двух шагах от вокзала. До центра на метро 10 минут. Завтрак-европейский, нарезки, выпечка, йогурты, кофе. В номере имеется чайник, сейф, холодильник, тапочки. Кровать была очень жесткая. В номере было очень чисто.

1. Завтраки. Скудный выбор и даже то,что представлено - не вкусно. 2. Грязные номера. Пыль и мусор на полу, стены усеяны пятнами от убитых комаров. В ванной комнате запах Гнили, шторка для ванны на половину в плесени. Полотенца с пятнами.

Основной критерий выбора - расположение и соотношение цена/качество по конкретным требованиям. Отель удачно расположен. На стойке регистрации всё прошло быстро. Завтраки хорошие. Номер относительно просторный.

Номер очень тёмный. Одна сорокаваттная лампочка над телевизором закрыта текстильным "плафоном". На тумбочках 2 лампы, также очень слабых. Номер заказывал двухместный с одной большой кроватью. Реально это были 2 кровати, сдвинутые и застеленные одной простыней. Во время сна они постоянно разъезжались по ламинату, что очень раздражало. Сейф был закрыт. Пришлось спускаться к "портье" и просить открыть его. Ванная относительно чистая. Но в очень тесной душевой кабинке валялся обмылок от предыдущего гостя. Фен плохо работал. В принципе, за уплаченную стоимость эти неудобства терпимы.
