A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please note that the pool is open from 19 April until 25 October, and it's shared with the property owners. Water, gas and electricity are included. Final cleaning is also included. Heating is not included and is charged according to consumption. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
