Одноместный номер Standard (двуспальная кровать)

Нет ничего что мне бы понравилось, может только лишь его расположение

Номер абсолютно не отапливаемый, нет батарей или обогревателя, кондиционер не работает окно плотно не закрывается из щели идет холодный воздух, такое ощущение что ты спишь на улице, обратилась на ресепшене, попытались исправить ситуацию с кондиционером но все очень плохо кондиционер не работает все равно, спала ночь в куртке, как это вообще возможно забронировать номер в отеле и спать в куртке, очень пыльный номер, такое чувство что тут никогда не убирались, в туалете нашла использованные бутылочки из под геля для душа, наверно туалет перед моим приездом не убирали, стены побитые, есть 2 плафона у кровати но нет лампочек в них, зачем реп тогда нужны, можно включить только общий свет, итог в этот отель я больше никогда не приеду и Вам не советую Ужасная пыль, такое чувство что номер не убирали перед моим приездом, лишь заправили кровать, в туалете я нашла использованную баночку из под геля для душа которая осталась от прежнего гостя
