Standard Double room (full double bed)

The room was quite big as for this price. Hotel has open kitchen with free everyday snacks and so on.

We needed to call the owner to open the door of the hotel first time. There were some problems with toilet water (it runs uncomfortably sometimes), but that was not the issue.

Очень уютный и отлично расположенный отель рядом с метро. Нас встретили, все объяснили и рассказали. Все номера современные, все ключи электронные очень удобно. Даже не смотря на то что завтрак не включен, владельцы покупали по утрам небольшие печенья или кексы-очень приятный бонус на общей кухне по утрам

Очень удобное расположение для тех, кто прибывает на поезде. Мы шли пешком 20 минут, но удобнее 1 остановку проехать на метро. Завтрак формально не включён, но есть прекрасная общая столовая с микроволновкой, кофемашиной, машинкой для льда, чайником. Вы можете перекусить йогуртами, печеньем, кексами, попить сок. Важно понять, что вход почти незаметен, он находится практически под лестницей. Если выйдете из метро, то переходите проспект и спускаетесь вниз к вестибюлю входа в метро. ЕСЛИ СТОИТЕ ЛИЦОМ КО ВХОДУ В МЕТРО КОВУР, то Вам надо искать дверь слева и чуть в глубине, там звонок и маленькая надпись.

Расположение стратегическое — у выхода из м. Кавур, в 15 минутах пешком и от вокзала, и от форумов, рядом район Монти — жилой и не очень туристический. Безукоризненно чисто, хорошая звукоизоляция от города, внимательные и доброжелательные хозяева. Очень рекомендую.

Хорошая слышимость между номерами.

Замечательный отель! Явно не 2 звезды! Мы сейчас в Париже в 4 звездочном отеле и он даже рядом не стоит с отелем Nerva. Nerva отель в сто раз лучше, начиная от персонала и по всем параметрам! Очень дружелюбная девушка, которая нас встретила и разместила, Wi-fi ловит хорошо, номер чистый, нам предоставили завтраки, перекус в виде фруктов, печенек, чай/кофе в доступе круглосуточно, номер чистый. У нас был поздний вылет, нам без проблем разрешили переждать в холле, где можно спокойно посидеть, попить чай/кофе, воспользоваться интернетом. Однозначно рекомендую, очень хороший отель!!! Спасибо ❤

La struttura è un mix di elementi positivi, uno su tutti la posizione. Si trova in Piazza della Suburra, proprio di fianco la stazione della metro ed è comodissima. Dista poche centinaia di metri dal Colosseo e dai principali punti di interesse. La stanza è confortevole e offre tutte le comodità necessarie per trascorrere un bel soggiorno; il bagno privato in camera, piccolo ma perfetto per le esigenze del soggiorno, molto pulito e curato.
