Несколько лет останавливаюсь в этом отеле,все отлично,заселили раньше времени,как постоянному клиенту улучшили категорию номера,небольшие недочеты после озвучивания на ресепшн были устранены в течении дня! Благодарю за прекрасную работу весь персонал💐

Хорошее расположение для данного района, персонал приветливый и очень любезный.

Немного старый ремонт, не помешало бы обновить, не очень чисто, комнаты не большие, но так в прнципе во всей Европе.

Не первый раз в этом отеле,привлекает соотношение цена-сервис и расположение!Отличные завтраки!

Второй раз пытаются заселить в номер без окна,но при обращении с просьбой о замене номера сразу дают нормальный!

Месторасположение в центре города рядом со станцией Термини и метро, новый отель с хорошим ремонтом, в хорошем состоянии мебель и сантехника, своевременная уборка, неплохие завтраки

Нет чайника, посуды, чайного набора и питьевой воды в номерах. Нет круглосуточного бара. Самый большой минус персонала: обслуживание на завтраке и внимание персонала сильно отличается в зависимости от национальности посетителей.
