Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 30 Sept 2022 until Fri 02 Jun 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
