In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. очень близко от остановки вапоретто, вокзала , шикарный завтрак для Венеции круасаны, соки, колбаска, сыр , яйца , сок, йогурт, хлопья, уборка классная, большая ванная комната,

не работал лифт, матрасы не очень удобные, но после прогулок по венеции это неимеет значение, можно уснуть хоть на полу

Прекрасное месторасположение, приветливый персонал, неплохой завтрак ( часто его совсем не предлагают в отелях такой категории) , номер соответствует описанию, он небольшой, но отличная ванная комната, стоимость разумная.

Лифт не ратотает, высокая лестница , с чемоданом на 3-ий этаж для женщины - так себе история…, в номере не было кондиционера, хотя в опциях он указан, на завтраке быстро закончились яйца, новых, увы, не принесли. Переночевать пару дней - да, надолго останавливаться не советую.

Отличное расположение отеля, пешая доступность до многих достопримечательностей. Отель уютный, атмосферный. Персонал доброжелательный, помогли со всеми вопросами. Номер достаточно большой, чистый. Завтрак отличный, хороший выбор. Рекомендую!

Удобное местоположение, недалеко от вокзала, приветливый персонал, достойные завтраки.

Отсутствие телевизоров во всех номерах, колокольный звон каждый день в 8:00 (очень и очень продолжительный, будильник можете не ставить, всё равно вы проснетесь, даже если захотите поспать)).

1. Отличное расположен. Рядом вокзал и остановки вопоретто. 2. Мы приехали в 10 утра. Приветливый персонал разрешил оставить вещи и воспользоваться туалетом. Потом оставили вещи после выселения. 3. Номер чистый, уютный и просторный. В ванной было по 3 полотенца на человека. Есть зеркало и удобный душ. 4. Хороший завтрак. Во всех городах Италии такой: хлопья, яйца, всякие сладости. Другого в 8 утра вы за отдельную плату не найдете.

Это не минус, но все равно. Нет кулера для воды на этаже или чайника в номере.
