Очень отзывчивые сотрудники! В первый день нам даже нарисовали карту где покупать билеты и продукты) это было очень мило! До венеции правда легко добраться на автобусе, минут 30 ехать) и выгодней купить проездной тикет на 72 часа( на три дня сразу) если вы подольше)) Каждый день меняют чистые полотенца и заправляют кровать

Грязные стены и нас ночью кусали комары) хотя мы не открывали окна)

Удобное месторасположение: близко к вокзалу, прямо от отеля ходят автобусы, на которых за 15 минут попадаешь в историческую Венецию

ОЧЕНЬ маленькая комната на двоих, мы практически ходили по кровати. Сама кровать жутко неудобная, старющий матрас, застиранное белье. Ванная вообще крошечного формата, в душе клеенчатая шторка, все вытекает В один из дней мы поздно возвращались, о чем заранее предупредили на ресепшене. Нас заверили, что стойка ресепшена открыта все время. В итоге нам минуты три пришлось стучать во все двери, потому вто все было заперто и никого в холле не было

Отличное расположение, рядом остановка общественного транспорта и центральная станция.

Номера очень старые, требуют качественного ремонта, грязно, жуткое состояние ванной комнаты, старая мебель, скрипучие кровати, подушки и матрасы в жутком состоянии. Грязно, туалет выглядит как общественный.
