Отзывчивость и любезность администраторов ресепшена, как всегда, на высоте. Второй раз в этом отеле. Удобно расположен по отношению к островку. Чисто, приятно.

В сезон было большое количество гостей, из-за которых не удалось поспать. Возможно, это так же было связано с категорией номеров. В мой предыдуший приезд, в сентябре 2024 года, не было шума из соседних номеров, но номер был на 3 этаже. В этот раз меня поселили на первом, и так совпало, что на первый этаж заселяли также самых громких соседей. Поспать не получилось. Персонал предлагал поменять номер, но я не до конца понимаю, помогло бы это или нет. Если это проблема звукоизоляции в целом, то в сезон, возможно, не решит проблему. Но, может, быть на первом этаже, самая низкая звукоизоляция?

Максимально доступен для связи с Венецией. 10 минут езды на трамвае. прекрасные завтраки. Никто не останется голодным! Яйца и сосиски, хлопья, большой выбор выпечки, большой выбор напитков. Кофемашина, чай. Очень чисто и причтно! Гели для душа, жидкое мыло, в номере кровать, шкаф, сейф. Все в идеальной чистоте. Очень чисто! Персонал ответил на все вопросы. Можно было не брать услуги гид по Венеции, так как все подробно рассказали на ресепшн. Можно приобрести билеты на 1,2,3 дня, что экономит деньги.
