Special check-in instructions The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner. Meals are not included in the Breakfast Included and Halfboard rates for children age 5 and younger. Guests may bring their own food for children or pay for meals at the property. Meals are available by reservation only and cannot be requested after check-in. Know Before You Go • The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
