Исключительно чисто, номер небольшой, но в нем всё есть, кровать большая, вид из окна на одну из центральных улиц. Еда замечательная! Онсён классный! Рекомендую!

Все! Прекрасное расположение! Вкусные завтраки! Большой номер! Удобная кровать! Шумоизоляция! Выдают национальные пижамы! Персонал - отдельное спасибо за желание всегда помочь!! Спа зона - отдельная любовь! По вечерам есть бар для гостей за 1000 йен и просто шикарный выбор напитков! Безумно рада, что выбрали именно этот отель! Если снова будем в Осака точно остановимся опять там!

Впервые были в Японии, и об отеле сложилось самое лучшее впечатление! Он находится недалеко от метро и автобусных остановок, а также станций междугородних поездов, которые всегда нужны, чтобы посетить соседние Киото и Нару, парк Universal Studios. Номер был чистый, тихий и удобный; убирались всегда по расписанию и очень хорошо. В отеле есть традиционный японский SPA (аналог купальни–онсена) и большой выбор отличной косметики в формате одноразовых пробников. Завтрак просто шикарный! В нашу бронь он был включён, но я видел, что многие жалуются на его высокую цену (что вполне вероятно). Зато огромный выбор и восточной, и западной еды. Как вегетерианец особенно ценю, что выбор был даже для меня.
