Shuttle service from Zao Onsen Bus Terminal to the property is available upon request. To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation in advance. Between 07:30-09:00, guests can have complimentary simple breakfast that consists of toast and coffee or tea. Shuttle service can be arranged until 20:45 daily for drop-off at nearby restaurants for dinner hours. Guests can unwind in a hot spring bath at the sister property at an additional charge.
