Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen). Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. The hot-spring bath is open between 15:00-23:00. It is also open between 06:00-08:00 on weekends. Guests must request their meal preference (Japanese or Western set menu) at least by time of check-in. To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance by 18:00.
