[Agreement on use of personal information] The hotel requires customer's information for services on arrival. All staying guests need to provide personal ID. Phone number and credit card information/Cash deposit are used for additional charge in case of damage (smoking, additional amenity, property damage and etc) after check-out. Personal information is stored 3 months after check-out. Customer may reject agreement on personal information collection but there might be some disadvantages. Check-in is available from 02:00 PM on weekdays and 05:00 PM on weekends. Extra bed is not available at this property. Guests under the age of 19 years must be accompanied by a parent. Hotel does not allow customers who hasn't been stayed in Korea for more than 2 weeks including the date of entry considering 2-week incubation period of COVID-19. This includes customers who are exempted from self-isolation as well. Overseas immigrants (including foreigners) can stay at the property on after staying in Korea for more than two weeks including the date of entry. Check-in can be rejected without refund if a customer does not abide this policy. In-room dining is not available at the property. The property reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests if suitable ID proof is not presented at the time of check-in. There will be an additional charge for changing the room type on arrival.
