Я выбрала этот отель по его отличному месту расположения к объекту, который мне предстояло посетить. В отеле очень чисто и тепло (был февраль), предоставляется вкусный завтрак. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовый прийти на помощь. Чувствовала себя, как дома. В номере есть все для проживания, все удобства. Регулярно проводится влажная уборка. Мебель новая. В номере светло, тепло и уютно. Спасибо за теплый прием!

понравилось,что заселили раньше времени

Не понравилось,что микроволновка была не в номере,хотя я специально бронировала номер ,где есть микроволновка.кондиционера я тоже не увидела,на ламбрикенах пыль видна аж.Посалили в номер явно не стандарт а эконом,вид с окна в какую то кладовке,живёшь и не понимаешь день или ночь!

Отличная находка для приезжающих за визой, т.к. отель находится в шаговой доступности от Посольства США. В нем чисто, тихо, спокойно. Дружелюбный персонал подскажет интересующую вас информацию и даст советы, вплоть до того, на что обратить внимание при получении на сдачу тенге, т.к. меняются модификации банкнот.
