Отличное месторасположение, просто супер для туристов. Много ресторанов, кофеен. Персонал отзывчивый, попросила утюг, предоставили без проблем. Номер чистый. Вопросов нет. Холодильник в номере, чайник и принадлежности. Уборка проводилась.

в ванной нет ни одного крючка, повесить халат или полотенце, та вешалка что есть - оторвана и держится на 1 шурупе. Желательно это сделать, так как каждый раз халат и полотенце на полу. Слышимость просто - без слов. Мы даже спокойно общались с соседями, не крича. Поэтому повезет, если в соседнем номере не будет парочки (нам не повезло 1 ночь). Учтите обязательно про ванную.

очень хороший отель! можно сказать прекрасный! персонал, расположение, номер! всё отлично! рекомендую! это именно то, что нужно для отдыха или для командировки в замечательном городе республики Казахстан! Как же красива Астана!!!

Все было хорошо, рядом есть кафе где можно поесть, а также в отеле можно было купить и магниты. Номер большой, есть где развернуться. За данную цену очень хорошо.

Вход в отель сбоку в арке, что не позволяет его найти сразу. Рядом с кроватью не было розеток, что доставляет неудобства при зарядке телефона одновременно с установкой будильника.
