Единственный плюс отеля - все интересное либо в пешей доступности, либо совсем недорого на такси, остальное - треш

Крайне скудно, все на маленьких блюдцах, растворимый кофе, ужасная колбаса, причем вчерашнюю заветреную колбасу снова выкладывают на завтрак, либо просто жарят ее на сковородке, колбасный сыр, холодная глазунья (подогрева блюд нет), блинчики выносят ровно после того, как мы закончили завтрак (ой, а мы забыли вынести и так каждое утро), невкусные огурцы, и всего так мало, что можно взять по 1-2 кусочку, не больше Мы провели в отеле 3 ночи, ни разу у нас не убирались (!), на окнах нет тюля, душевая кабина течет, так что вся ванна напрочь залита водой, полотенцесушитель не работает, в ванной нет ни одного крючка, так что просушить полотенца возможности нет, гель для душа с ЭКСПО- 2017, то есть 6-летней давности, просроченый, в ванной бегают насекомые Уборки не было, полотенца в пятнах (видимо, не отстирываются) Персонал (две тетушки в пижамной одежде) делал большое одолжение, видимо; постоянно приставали с какими-то претензиями. Когда будете оплачивать? (оплата была при бронировании за 1,5 месяца). Вы забронировали 2 номера, когда оплатите? (ложи, бронь была одна). Почему не производите доплату? (за что? а, да, у вас же оплачено, причем даже без извинений). Вишенка - нам не разрешили оставить багаж до вечера, либо оплачивайте номер, либо берете в 12.00 чемоданы и идите, куда хотите. Недоумение мы испытали сразу при входе в отель, люксовый ремонт, все шикарно, но разбросаны вещи персонала, шлепки, персонал в пижамной одежде, на скатертях лежат клеенки. Колхоз в люксе, если кратко. Я считаю, что отель дорогой (33 тыс руб. за 3 ночи+сбор на месте), он испортил наш отдых в прекрасном городе Астана

Заселение в 14:00, заехали в 9:00. За 5 часов запросили 5 000 руб., по курсу в тенге. Одноразовые тапочки выдали по просьбе. В номере лежат резиновые сланцы. Пульт от кондиционера не нашли, обещали принести, но не принесли.
