Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In accordance with Moroccan law, nationals from Muslim countries CAN NOT stay in the same bedroom as the opposite sex so IF you have booked a bed in a dorm you will need to cancel it immediately. Additionally, marriage papers are required for nationals from Muslim countries to stay in private rooms with someone of the opposite sex. No exceptions. 3 Euros tax per person per night is charged on your booking as a supplement above 2 years old. If your reservation is over 100 Euros you will need to pay in advance by bank transfer, bizum, monzo, ING, BACS, N26, Wise or by virtual card in order for the reservation to be honored.
