As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately MXN 200 to 1000 for adults, and MXN 200 to 1000 for children The above list may not be comprehensive.
