As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions. • Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 48 hours of booking the reservation. We have included all charges provided to us by the property. • Airport shuttle fee: MXN 150 per vehicle (maximum occupancy 4) • Airport shuttle fee per child: MXN 150 (from 5 to 18 years old) The above list may not be comprehensive.
