As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • Cleaning fee: MXN 25 per accommodation, per stay We have included all charges provided to us by the property. • Pet fee: MXN 500 per pet, per night • Service animals are exempt from fees • Hosted evening meal: MXN 300 The above list may not be comprehensive.
