As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Late check-in fee for check-in after 7 PM (amount varies) • Late check-out fee: USD 50 (subject to availability) The above list may not be comprehensive. Mandatory Fees and Taxes You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: • Deposit: USD 240.00 per stay • Breakage deposit: USD 35 per stay • Cleaning fee: USD 30 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit size) We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
