As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Guests must transfer via Shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 24 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. • This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply).
