As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • The seasonal pool will be open from January to December. • Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). • Parking height restrictions apply.
