As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Pool access available from 10 AM to 11 PM. • Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Pet deposit: MXN 1500 per stay • Pet fee: MXN 150 per pet, per stay • Crib (infant bed) fee: MXN 100.0 per day The above list may not be comprehensive.
