As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. • The property is professionally cleaned. • Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • Cash deposit: MXN 50 per accommodation, per stay • A damage deposit of MXN 50 will be collected before check-in.
