Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available. • This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
