As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • There is no hot water on site. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • A damage deposit of USD 200 will be collected before check-in.
