As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • There is limited hot water on site. • One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability) • Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability) The above list may not be comprehensive.
