As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • One child 2 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. • Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available. You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • A damage deposit of MXN 500 will be collected before check-in. • Deposit is payable by wire transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
