As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Pool access available from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. • Guests under 18 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property. • The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. • Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions. • This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly). You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: • Spring Break deposit: MXN 3000 per stay (for stays between 1 December - 1 February) • Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
