A great hotel to have a nice rest before long walks around the city. Hotel Chac Chi Hotel and Suites is located in Isla Mujeres. This hotel is located 1 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Museo de Arte Popular Mexicano, Mercado 23 and La Isla Shopping Mall.

Standard Room (double bed)

The staff was great. Super friendly and accommodating. This is the best thing about the hotel.

The location was not ideal. It was a 25 minute walk into town or else you are roaming a neighborhood which had some restaurants to try but if we were to choose to be this far out again we would be sure to be on the opposite beach side where there are opportunities to overlook the water.
