Clean throughout

Laundry service. Left a couple items to be washed that where not picked up from my room. When calling front desk about it, they said laundry needed to be dropped off at the lobby, which didn’t sound right, however, I needed the items promptly to be used. I assumed the items would be ready the following day as stated in the sheet, however took an extra day to be delivered simply washed, non ironed and barely folded. Moreover, there is no room service menu in the rooms, not even a QR code with it. Instead, guests need to call for someone from the restaurant to come to the room to bring down a menu

Великолепное место не только за свои деньги, но и даже без оглядки на достаточно демократическую цену. Относятся как к родне. Всегда приветливы и рады помочь в случае каких-либо проблем(у нас не было карт для депозита, из-за санкций, и нас заселили без него). Управляющий отелем синьор Моралес (вы его можете найти по самому стильному костюму) всегда находится в расположении гостиницы и с вниманием выслушает вас и пойдет навстречу, если есть какие-то проблемы. Охрана, ресепшн, работники-инженеры, который чинят мелкие поломки - профи своего дела + приветливы и улыбчивы. Несмотря на то, что мы - достаточно привередливые, готовы признать, что это место отвечает самым высоким стандартам. Место расположения, чистота, качество обслуживания все достойно того, чтобы назвать это место одним из лучших не только в Мехико, но и во всей Мексике.
