As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. • This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place. • Disinfectant is used to clean the property, and commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays. • Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; guests are provided with hand sanitizer; masks are required in public areas.
