As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies) • Housekeeping fees vary based on length of stay • Air conditioning fee: USD 5 per night The above list may not be comprehensive.
