As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. • 24-hour pool access • Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the campground prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. • Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available. • Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately USD 10 for adults and USD 5 for children The above list may not be comprehensive.
