As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Know Before You Go • Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Fees The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. • Pet deposit: USD 5 per day • Late check-in fee: USD 100 for check-in between 9:00 PM and 10:30 AM • Housekeeping fee: USD 7 per day The above list may not be comprehensive.
